What is QA?
Quality Assurance (QA) ensures that software products meet the highest standards by identifying bugs, verifying functionality, and maintaining overall system reliability. QA specialists play a crucial role in the software development process by testing mobile applications, online platforms, and back-office tools to enhance user experience and prevent issues before they reach customers.

Your Role:
Understand and analyse product requirements.
Investigate customer-reported issues, identify root causes, and participate in technical discussions.
Design and execute test scenarios and test cases based on product specifications and features.
Use various testing techniques to verify the correct implementation of new features and bug fixes.

Your Profile:
Bachelor's degree (or currently studying) in Computer Science or a related field.
Basic knowledge of programming languages and strong technical skills are a plus, not a mandatory
A QA certification or relevant course completion would be an advantage.
Good communication skills.
Excellent knowledge of Excel — able to analyse data, create reports, and manage test documentation efficiently.
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail — you can spot bugs that others might miss!
Responsible, ambitious, and eager to learn new skills, especially in automated testing.
A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Ability to multi-task and manage several projects at once.
