For one of our clients – global professional services company, recognized for its expertise in
strategy, consulting, technology, and operations, we are searching for experienced, sales-
savvy and capable individuals for the role of B2B Sales Agent with Dutch and English
(HYBRID).

Essential Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate records of activities, deliver sales forecasts, and consistently meet your
sales targets;
* Drive transactional sales by promoting a variety of products and services;
* Build strong relationships with existing and new clients in the SMB to MM segments,
engaging with decision-makers in diverse roles;
* Handle inbound leads, identify opportunities, and guide them through the sales pipeline to
close deals successfully;
* Use a personalized approach, tailoring sales strategies to meet client needs effectively;
* Own the entire sales cycle: validate opportunities, manage the process, and close deals
efficiently.

Requirements:
* Strong communication skills in Dutch and English (C1 or higher), with proven fluency;
* Experience with professional sales training and tools like ZoomInfo or TechTarget;
* Familiarity with CRM systems and productivity platforms, including Outlook and Office 365;
* Solid experience in consultative selling, pipeline management, and closing deals effectively;
* Proven ability to collaborate across departments and apply deal-closing strategies;
* Knowledge of industry trends and the ability to present tailored solutions to clients;
* A successful track record in full-cycle sales and building strong client relationships.
