For one of our clients – a company known for their outstanding services and solutions in the
logistics field – we are searching for communicative, bright and skilled multitaskers for for the
role of Delivery Route Coordinator with Turkish, Bulgarian and English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Develop and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely deliveries;
* Schedule drivers and assign routes based on availability, location, and load requirements;
* Communicate with drivers constantly to provide updates, instructions, and support;
* Act as a link between drivers, customers, and the logistics team and ensure smooth operations;
* Monitor real-time location of trucks and shipments using GPS and other tracking tools;
* Ensure deliveries are on schedule and promptly address any delays or issues;
* Provide exceptional customer service by updating clients on delivery statuses and managing potential delays.

Requirements:
* Proficiency in Turkish and English language;
* Bulgarian language proficiency at B1 level;
* Amazing communication skills and ability to handle multiple calls and emails at once;
* Previous experience with logistics or transportation management is preferred but not required;
* Strong organizational, time management and multitasking skills.
