For one of our clients – international company in the customer experience management field.
We on a lookout for attentive, responsible and analytically-minded individuals for the role of
German & English Supply Chain Efficiency Expert.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Manage equipment deliveries and coordinate with logistics providers;
* Handle internal customer queries via email/phone, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met;
* Analyze custom reports and perform system housekeeping;
* Resolve delivery issues and escalate when necessary;
* Collaborate with teams to create purchase orders and monitor inventory.

Requirements:
* Proficiency in German and English;
* Customer service or logistics background;
* Working knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint);
* Bachelor's degree and relevant work experience;
* Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
