Our new client is an innovative Financial Technical Start-Up. Their main goal is to create a useful product for those who want to manage finances in a smart way. We believe that great people are the key to a great solution that is why we are looking for the best customer support specialists. With your excellent expertise and people skills, we can create a place where every customer can feel special.

Our lines are open 9:00am - 00:00am Mon-Sun.

Your typical day:
Answering customers’ non-voice requests via chat and email, helping and guiding them through the app and providing them with the best user experience
Be our customers’ voice by sharing their feedback and reporting their issues
Collaborating with various teams and having direct impact on improving the product
Representing the brand and building a trustful relationship with the customers

What you need to have is:
Fluency in Spanish and advanced level of English
Excellent communication and customer handling skills
Work experience in a customer service environment is an advantage
Experience with customer's claims, regulatory and government requests is an advantage
Good typing and computer skills (MS Office, use of internet, e-mail and web-based applications)
Be organized, have problem-solving and analytical skills
Team player with a great attitude
High school education
