For one of our clients – a rising star in the customer experience management field. We are
looking for proactive, friendly and disciplined people for the role of Customer and Technical
Support Agent with English - Fully Remote.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* You serve as the main point of contact for end products and services users;
* Provide feedback to end users, after they submit a request or once a specific case has
been processed;
* Keep the database updated with details about the tasks and operations you've completed;
* And use specialized software to handle queries and support various work systems.

Requirements:
* English proficiency at a B2 level and strong communication skills;
* A positive and proactive approach to work and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment;
* Strong time management and prioritization skills with ability to adapt quickly to changing
circumstances;
* Ability to work effectively in a team with self-discipline, confidentiality and accuracy;
* High level of computer literacy, particularly with MS Office, previous experience in
communication and customer service is a plus.

Our client offers:
* Solid salary and full-time, fully-remote job;
* Additional health insurance and paid annual leave days;
* Shifts during the whole week or day, with working scheme of five 8h working days during the week, or four 10h working days a week.
