What You'll Be Doing:
* Stakeholder Collaboration and partner with internal teams to understand sourcing needs and deliver informed, strategic guidance.
* Provide thoughtful recommendations to internal clients, ensuring that sourcing strategies are both efficient and compliant with company policies.
* Manage and execute sourcing activities and events (RFI, RFQ, Auctions), developing sound evaluation methodologies and conducting financial comparisons
* Analyze complex projects using Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) calculations to maximize value
* Make strategic purchasing decisions within your area of responsibility.
Negotiations: Lead negotiations and manage supplier relationships, serving as the main point of contact for global and regional suppliers
* Perform in-depth market analyses to identify trends, forecast needs, and propose cost-saving measures
* Prepare and oversee contract signings, leveraging established templates for efficiency
* Adhere to procurement policies and align activities with corporate and legal standards
* Work closely with teams across departments (Legal, Compliance, Information Security) and coordinate with external suppliers to ensure seamless procurement operations

What You Bring to the Table:
* Experience: 4+ years in Procurement, with a strong focus on IT purchases (Software, Cyber Security)
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Office and ERP systems (preferably SAP)
* Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to lead successful negotiations
* Communication: Strong verbal and written English skills
* Analytical Strength: Exceptional analytical skills combined with effective time management
* Self-Motivation: A proactive learner with a curiosity for new technologies and industry practices
