When you join our team, you will:
Define and enforce the purchasing strategy and processes within Landing gears stream
Identify material packages for tenders; execute material tenders including contract negotiations
Perform pre-qualification, approval, regular evaluation and development of suppliers for direct and indirect spend
Prepare and review contracts, bids, proposals and vendor agreements for legal correctness
Identify cost reduction opportunities to achieve financial goals
Analyses of market situation to determine present and future commercial conditions, material availability
Handle tender and supplier matters in a compliant, fair and competent way, following LH Code of Conduct, Integrity and Competition Compliance Guidelines
Functionally is part of AMS Strategic purchasing team also on Base Maintenance related topics

You match our need, if you have:
University degree in economics, logistics or procurement
4 years of proven relevant working experience
Excellent skills in contract negotiations, including legal terminologies
Good knowledge of logistics (physical logistics, transport, planning & purchasing) processes
Experience in strategic purchasing is an advantage
Excellent communication skills
Experience in process design is an advantage
Ability to work independently but also as team member
Ability to generate new ideas and identify potential for improvement within his working area
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
