As a part of our Procurement Team
You will be working for the central entity that sources raw materials for the whole CCH Group, in a very friendly environment, side by side with colleagues responsible for different countries in Coca Cola Hellenic group, sharing knowledge and gaining experience. Our new team member needs to have:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Statistics or other relevant field
A good understanding of data management principles and best practices
Advanced Excel spreadsheet skills (incl. PowerBI, Power Query, macros), along with major experience with Power Point
Experience with reporting tools like Power BI, Excel, Power Automate, Power Query, Access
Previous experience in ERP is essential and knowledge of SAP would be considered an advantage
Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
Great analytical and logical skills, and ability to process and present big data in a comprehensive way considering the business needs.
Good stakeholder and time management, as well as priority setting, attention to detail and accuracy.

You can be successful in this role if you:
Support Strategic Procurement Managers (SPMs) with analytical and reporting tasks in the area of Sustainability.
Turn data into critical information and insights through building and maintaining centralized reports/dashboards, data analysis in line with company needs.
Advise stakeholders and provide sustainable technical solutions to address their needs in an effective and timely manner.
Support group sourcing initiatives and relevant business cases.
Preparation of BI reports with data produced in Power Platform or integrated from other systems
Developing (PowerAutomate) flows to automatize the processes within the Power Platform environment.
Conduct trainings and orientation for key users regarding the developed reports.
Maintaining and doing refinements after feedback from stakeholders.
Support the documentation and implementation of standard reports, data source definition and standards, policies, and procedures that ensure data integrity and quality.
Maintain positive relationships regarding data governance and reporting matters with relevant cross-functional stakeholders and partners.
