General duties:
Works on cardholders’ disputes of card payments. Performs analysis of the cardholders’ behavior and the card payments related data to identify the root cause and resolve the case;
Follows the Card Schemes’ rules and procedures regarding disputed card payments focusing on the cardholders’ satisfaction;
Communicates with other financial and non-financial institutions regarding disputed card payments;
Communicates internally with colleagues in the bank’s branches and other departments in the process of resolving disputed card payments cases. Prepares responses to the cardholders;
Participates in the development and maintenance of internal rules and procedures. Contributes to the continuous improvement of the internal processes;
Prepares regular and ad-hoc reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or other related field;
Fluent in English;
Good Excel skills will be considered as an advantage;
Experience in the field of online payments will be considered as an advantage;
Experience in the field of card payments and disputes of card payments, in particular, will be considered as strong advantage;
Ability to work with deadlines, attention to the detail, good judgement, consistency, and flexibility – this will help you to be successful in the role;
Teamwork and good communication skills.
