Due to the company growth we are currently looking for a talented professional who would join our dream team as Compensation & Benefits Specialist. Your key role will be to:
Design and evaluate effective benefits schemes to ensure employees satisfaction
Execute and ensure compliance with policies related to compensation and benefits
Track compensation and benefits benchmarking data, improve the current benefit procedures
Participate in ad-hoc benefits, compensation projects
Develop relationships with stakeholders and vendors
Participate in process improvement and automation projects
Employees’ discounts management
Ensure accurate systems and record keeping
Inform employees about the use and availability of their benefits and structural changes
Keep up-to-date records of each employee's benefits profile
Deals with employee enquiries related to HR policies
Ensure regular revision of HR forms, new legislation requirements or general updates
Prepare reports
Conduct presentations

To be successful with the role you should comply with the following requirements:
University degree - Human Resources Management, Economics or Law
Minimum 2 years prior experience in a similar role or field of work
Attention to detail and a structured approach to your daily tasks
A service-minded and problem-solving attitude
Highly organized and proactive
Comfortable working with numbers and formulas within Excel, including functions like Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.
Fluency in English
Able to work independently and with others in a team environment
Able to work well under pressure and consistently meet deadlines
Good verbal and written communication skills
