When you join our team, you will:
To act as point of contact for Lufthansa Technik Group IT departments and IT teams in regards to the IT infrastructure and related technology
Understand IT infrastructure technology, and match it to IT standards
Collect feedback on the quality and functionality of current IT products
Perform internal marketing and consulting activities on existing IT infrastructure and corresponding development
Be involved in analyzing and improving various technical systems and IT infrastructure solutions
Take part in the assessment of new technological solutions
Support projects and change management activities
Organize meetings with SPOCs and stakeholders in the respective IT departments an providers
Report on IT infrastructure solutions development and implementation status
Organizing and moderating meetings between different IT providers units, from different IT organizations, if this is required
Supporting projects initiations
Supporting the financial management for IT infrastructure services

You match our need, if you have:
Minimum five years of experience in supporting and developing IT infrastructure and clarification or leading IT projects related to IT infrastructure
Analytical mind set, service oriented behavior and excellent communication skills
Excellent in English language (written and spoken)
Problem-solving and root cause analysis experience
Strong attitude for solving problems without extensive guidance
Previous experience working in multinational environment
Experience in project and change management
ITIL awareness
University or college degree
