For one of our clients – a famous company, offering fresh insights and innovative services in
various fields, we are on a search bright, friendly and confident sales-enthusiasts for the role
of Loyalty Program Advisor (Romanian & English).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Become an expert in our products and help clients optimize their use to improve performance;
* Research industries and understand client needs to provide personalized recommendations;
* Manage a portfolio of advertisers, supporting them in achieving their sales goals;
* Identify new opportunities and help clients improve their advertising strategies;
* Ensure customer satisfaction by regularly checking on ad performance and providing support;
* Build strong relationships with potential clients and foster long-term partnerships.

Requirements:
* 1+ years of sales/BPO experience;
* Fluency in Romanian and English;
* Strong sales skills and confident phone presence;
* Excellent listening and interpersonal skills;
* Ability to build relationships and engage in cross/upselling;
* Knowledge of advertising and a commitment to ongoing training;
* Quick learner with creative problem-solving skills;
* Detail-oriented and collaborative team player;
* Proficient in PC use.
