BPO field. We are on a search for detail-oriented, proactive and sales-savvy individuals to
for the role of Digital Advertising Representative with Dutch, Arabic or French and English -
Hybrid.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Working closely with team members to keep clients happy and solve any issues;
* Striving to meet targets and maximize sales opportunities;
* Introducing yourself as the marketing consultant and building relationships with clients;
* Holding Zoom/Teams meetings to understand client goals and create strategies;
* Calling clients to give updates, get feedback, and address concerns and give daily tips and
advice on campaign optimization;
* Keeping track of sales and campaign performance using CRM;
* Sending regular performance reports highlighting key metrics.

Requirements:
* Excellent Dutch, Arabic or French, and English (written and spoken);
* Experience in customer service, sales, or outsourcing is a plus;
* Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM is desired;
* Great communication and sales skills;
* Good at building and maintaining client relationships;
* Organized and detail-oriented; able to multitask.
* Motivated, results-driven, and proactive.
