We are seeking a dynamic and highly experienced Director of Food and Beverage to lead and oversee all aspects of Food and Beverage operations in a prestigious 5-star hotel.

This is a unique opportunity for a passionate professional to ensure exceptional quality and service standards while managing every detail, from strategic planning to operational excellence.

Food and Beverage Director

Responsibilities:
Oversee all Food and Beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, room service, and banquet operations;
Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and achieve revenue and profit targets;
Manage departmental budgets, monitor costs, and ensure profitability without compromising quality;
Analyze financial and consumer data reports;
Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team of Food and Beverage professionals;
Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service across all areas, down to the finest details (e.g., spotless chairs, clean napkins, and perfectly set tables);
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations;
Collaborate with the executive team to develop innovative menus, promotions, and events;
Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to continually exceed expectations.

Requirements:
Proven experience in a senior Food and Beverage role, ideally within a 5-star hotel environment;
Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach and attention to detail;
Exceptional financial acumen, including budget management and cost control;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences;
Knowledge of the latest trends in the hospitality and F&B industry.
