For one of our clients – an international company known for their dedication to providing
high-quality customer experience services, we are searching for friendly, driven and bright
people for the role of Customer Care Specialist with Slovenian (Remote and Part-time).
Essential Responsibilities:
* Be a friendly point of contact for customers, assisting through various channels;
* Address a wide range of customer inquiries and resolve issues;
* Provide advice and information about the company’s products and services;
* Maintain a positive and professional attitude, leaving a lasting impression on customers;
* Follow company guidelines and policies while performing tasks.
Requirements:
* Friendly, customer-oriented, and focused on delivering high-quality service;
* Flexible, with the ability to think on your feet;
* Proficiency in Slovenian (C1) and English (B2); knowledge of additional languages is a plus;
* Strong PC skills and a good understanding of social media;
* Previous experience in customer service or contact centers is a bonus.
