Currently, together with our client we are looking to hire an experienced:


MANAGER – IT INFRASTRUCTURE AND OPERATIONS


Requirements:

* 8+ years of previous professional IT infrastructure experience (managing complex IT and communication systems, services and infrastructure)
* 4+ years of professional experience in people management
* Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science or relevant IT specialty
* Knowledge of ITIL
* Excellent knowledge of English language (both written and verbal)
* Must have strong organizational skills and multi-tasking capabilities as well as excellent written and spoken communication skills
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills


You will be responsible for managing, leading and mentoring the IT Operations teams (including communications administrators, system and application administrators, database administrators, IT Help Desk, etc.) and ensure the proper functioning of the IT Infrastructure. You will also plan and track task streams and distribution, ensure high quality operational activities, identify and propose areas for operational improvements, create new and review existing processes and procedures, etc.
