Our client is a hybrid company created to support business. The company's mission is to help companies of all sizes to optimize their business processes via their network and know-how and benefit from the improved efficiency and quality of service in their business units. Currently, they are launching a new project within the online betting industry.

On their behalf we are looking for a Team Lead with Spanish language willing to join their dynamic startup operations.

Responsibilities

- Reviewing agents’ performance on a regular basis;
- Participating in the recruitment of new team members;
- Creating and maintaining schedules for agents in the markets for which you are responsible;
- Reviewing statistics and reports on day to day operations and making recommendations to optimize the team's efficiency;
- Assisting the Marketing Department and Country Managers with local promotions;
- Ensuring that clients are kept happy and satisfied at all times by providing prompt responses and solutions;
- Work closely with other departments such as the Payments and Fraud, CRM or Tech so as to solve customer queries;
- Follow processes and procedures to make sure that available resources are used efficiently;
- Helping to create and maintain an effective and positive working environment;
- Focus on delivering team and departmental KPI's on a daily basis;
- Managing tasks and projects with a data-driven and holistic approach;

Requirements

- Excellent leadership and communication skills;
- Great motivator;
- Fluent Spanish and English language;
- Passion for team coaching and mentoring so as to develop team members and assist them in achieving set performance goals;
- Excellent multi-tasker with an excellent eye for detail;
- Able to provide a certain level of flexibility in relation to working hours;
- Experience within Customer Support, ideally within a team-lead position, as well as Betting experience would be considered a great asset;
