Responsibilities:

Adheres to Experian project management methodology and tools, where there is variance in approach queries and escalates this to ensure risk is managed;
Application of flexibility in tasking and when covering for others;
Communicates effectively with PM/Experian colleagues to ensure accurate and timely implementation of project work and progress is tracked;
Validates platforms prior to deployment;
Supports the break-fix cycle throughout development as required;
Configure EDA software according to specifications with some guidance;
Performs root-cause analysis for recurrent issues and contributes through to resolution;
Recognizes, documents and articulates risks and issues to stakeholders in a timely manner;
Provides status reports to Project Leads and line-management as requested;
Adheres to defined procedures and standard practices to carry out work items;
Drives operational-readiness process;
Identify and raise potential risks in achieving project timescales;
Demonstrates self-awareness and takes ownership of self-development with some direction;
Provide timely and relevant feedback to colleagues, which is constructive.

The successful candidate will have:

Experience of elements of the end to end delivery process or solutions within the industry;
Has experience of delivering more than one solution;
Experience in software installation, configuration, testing and support;
Knowledge in validation of hosted-solution platforms;
Experience with solution documentation;
Able to act rationally and make justifications when prioritizing;
Ability to build productive relationships; internally and externally;
Fluent in English.
