Junior Test Engineer – QA CoE

Responsibilities:

Evaluates application requirements and design documents, working closely with Product Management, systems engineers, and architects.
Creates and maintains test data, progression and regression test suites, for functional, and none functional testing.
Report, research, validate and track complex defects.
Proactive in issue and risk escalation, through effective collaboration and influence.
Communicating testing status on a timely manner to QA/Test manager and/or QA lead and stakeholders as appropriate to ensure progress is known and team credibility is high.
Proactively contributes in retrospectives and defect escape analysis activities for completed projects in order to assure process improvements

Requirements:

1+ years of Experience in the QA/Testing
Knowledge and hands on usage in functional and none functional testing.
Knowledge of Quality Assurance methodologies.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Good time management skills.
Good attention to detail.
Basic Understanding of Web Development
Knowledge in SoapUI would be considered a plus
General Knowledge in SQL
Batch testing in Oracle would be considered a plus
Fluent English
