Job Description

Working closely with a team of UK based analysts, you will provide excellent client delivery and support across a range of vertical markets and products. This role allows you to develop a wide variety of business, technical and interpersonal skills, working with some of the world’s largest organizations, helping them react quickly to market opportunities and conditions, and supporting them with configuration changes to protect their business and customers from potential fraud attacks.

What you will be doing:

· Run client workshops in order to elicit relevant solution requirements
· Validating and verifying requirements, assumptions, scope is aligned to the contractual agreements made with the client
· Producing required project documentation to both internal and external parties, in line with governance
· Providing insight to solution design impacts on delivery and make recommendations for ease of delivery and support
· Supervising the creation of comprehensive test plan as well as leading the execution of said test plan
· Leading client engagements from end-to-end
· Acting as a SME in the development of business architecture framework development, tool suite selection and design and methodology development
· Supporting project delivery workloads on a day-to-day basis, including liaison with insource/outsource resource while ensuring documented procedures are followed, including maintenance of project documentation
· Leading client project reviews and delivery meetings
· Leading and developing a team, conducting regular one-to-ones
· Supporting the team with any project queries and escalations
· Knowing and following Experian internal procedures.
· Supervising, where required, the people responsible for the delivery effort by taking the lead in specific projects/support activity. Act as a mentor to project team members
· Driving forward areas for improvement in internal processes, along with solutions through to completion

Qualifications

What you will bring:

· University degree or equivalent standard with a high numeric and/or IT content is desirable but not essential
· At least 5 years of related experience in software delivery
· Experience in client delivery or supporting client solutions
· Experience in managing a team
· Fluency in spoken and written English
· Good knowledge of SQL
· Strong problem solving, analytical and presentation skills
· Thorough understanding and experience of the project delivery lifecycle
· Deep understanding of systems, processes, applications and technology
· Ability to lead the low-level architectural solution design, configuration and quality assurance of all project implementations on multiple complex strategic deliveries

It would be considered an advantage if you have:

· Knowledge of XML/JSON.
· Knowledge around SDKs for device products is highly desirable
· Knowledge of WPS / SAS
· Fraud industry knowledge.
