Role Description:

This position will play a key role in territory development, opportunity identification and qualification and revenue generation of products or services that solve specific needs. This role will focus on small to medium business technology solutions, non-enterprise products, developing new accounts and/or expanding existing accounts. The individual will identify, profile, engage and penetrate target account bases and drive net new revenue growth for ServiceSource. This role is accountable for quickly establishing relationships with prospect contacts and generating and/or qualifying a high volume of leads. In addition to lead generation, this role will provide accurate forecasting, perform customer research and update account notes in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Responsibilities:
• Achieve and exceed targets and activity metrics within assigned territory
• Generate and qualify high volume leads for small-medium value sales opportunities
• Provide accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly forecasts
• Effectively partner with Inside Sales colleagues
• Effectively partner and quickly build relationships with prospects
• Use specifically trained knowledge of company products and services and effectively use guides to overcome objections
• Initiate outbound telephone calls as follow up to marketing campaigns and inbound 'leads' (from website, events, webinars, etc.) to understand audience interest and probe companies to understand organization structure and key points of contact to further the sales discussion
• Provide input to client Marketing teams on product and messaging interest, helping to fine tune campaigns to drive higher response rates
• Ensure high level of professionalism during all interactions with customers and prospects via phone and email
• Maintain the CRM to ensure all relevant data is captured in a timely manner
General Qualifications:
• Up to two years’ experience in a similar role
• Fluency in Spanish, Italian or French & English
• Results focused with track record of delivering to targets
• Excellent phone presence and experience of high volume calling
• Self-motivated, autonomous approach to work requiring little supervision
• Strong listening and objection handling skills
• Ability to engage with individuals at all levels of organization
• Solid knowledge of MS Office programs
• Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written)
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
