This is why currently we are looking for an Oracle Database Administrator to join our growing development team in Sofia.

Your role:
• manage large number of Oracle DBs for our internal needs and for our customers - user creation, expansion, troubleshooting, performance tuning;
• participate in migration projects of Oracle DBs from Unix to Linux;
• create and maintain backup and recovery policies and procedures;
• ensure Oracle DBs lifecycle management;
• execute operational adherence of the Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Quality Indicators (KPI) within a 24/7 Operation with on-call duty.

Your profile:
• 5 years previous experience in a similar position;
• technical or IT Master degree;
• excellent knowledge in Oracle DB installation, configuration and administration;
• experience with database monitoring, debugging, performance tuning;
• basic experience with Linux servers in virtualized environments;
• analytical, organized, proactive, detail-oriented professional, able to work in a dynamic atmosphere;
• good written and verbal communication skills in English.

• experience in maintaining production database clusters;
• experience with Cloudera (HDFS, Spark, Kafka);
