Due to the expansion of our team, we are now looking for an experienced recruitment professional to take on the role of:



Senior Recruitment Consultant




We are not looking for a unicorn, but it helps if you have:

Fluent English
At least two years of experience in recruitment, preferably in fast-paced environment
Experience in recruiting for a wide variety of roles
Client management and negotiation skills
Creativity, ambition, positive attitude
University degree in HR, Business or other related fields


What does the job look like?

You will be recruiting for different roles in various business areas. This will help you get a very detailed picture on the market in Bulgaria.
You will be meeting with candidates on a daily basis and will interview them in an engaging and open way, selling them the opportunity to entirely change the way they work and who they work for. This will expand your knowledge and interviewing skills.
You will be sourcing candidates through different channels. You will be using our rich database of potential candidates, but you’re also going to be posting engaging job ads, social media posts and messages. We do the impossible to find our candidates. We even use Instagram and Twitter for sourcing.
You will be managing the relationships with our clients. You will lead the communication with top companies on the Bulgarian market, offering them a pool of suitable candidates and managing the recruitment process for them, helping and consulting them in every step. We are not just coordinators, we really take the time to consult our clients, show them the market trends and present them the candidates of our choice in a compelling way.
You will have the chance to support and mentor our junior consultants and be an example of excellence in the company.
