Support Specialist with Polish Language


Duties & Responsibilities:

Handle Polish speaking customers;
Accurate and timely escalation of complex cases, when needed;
Consulting customers about the specifications of the company’s products;
Focus on customer expectations and satisfaction;
Protect confidential and sensitive information and materials;
Collaborate with other team members to provide high quality support.


Your Profile:

Excellent written and oral knowledge of Polish language;
Very good level of English;
Customer orientated, enthusiastic, courteous, assertive and motivated to take charge of both customer engagement and problem resolution;
Capable of being self managed;
Team player;
Previous call center experience is desirable, but not essential;
Analytical trouble shooting skills.
