System Integration Analyst

Job Summary:

System Integration Specialist is responsible for contacting suppliers via phone, e-mail and company's ticketing system and help them complete the technical transition process to the company's software.

Job responsibilities:

● Guide and respond to all questions/queries/concerns that a supplier might have related to the technical aspects of the transition process
● Work closely with the Technical Implementation Specialist to handle the supplier transition process
● Work closely with the Team manager on resolving any supplier/buyer issue
● Use provided ticketing system to accurately track all communication with a supplier and its progress
● Report the progress of each active e-invoicing campaign on a regular basis

The Ideal Candidate must have:

● 1-2 years of experience in B2B account management
● Fluency in English
● Knowledge on file types like EDI, XML, CSV is a must
● Knowledge base on connectivity methods like FTP, sFTP, AS2 is a must
● Ability to understand and discuss the business-to-business transactions that occur in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and procurement
● Excellent written and oral communication skills
● Excellent English language skills
● Highly motivated self-starter who can meet overall job objectives with limited guidance.
