Our client is a software development company that has been recognized as the leader in its primary line of business - web and mobile solutions for the banking and finance industry. The product portfolio of the company includes also frameworks for content management, security, messaging and system interoperability. Currently the company is looking for:
SOFTWARE SUPPORT AND DEPLOYMENT ENGINEERS
Your responsibilities:
- Preparation of release notes and guides for new software versions;
- Working close with the whole technical team to identify in detail operation features of the product;
- Preparation and test deployment and installation procedures;
- Communicating with customer’s technical staff;
- Participating in QA procedures;
- Acting as a technical account manager and providing customer support for different issues.
Main Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Technical support/ System Administrator/ Deployment Engineer or related;
- 1+ experience in the commercial or public sector;
- Experience in communication with technical staff;
- Excellent command of English language;
- Perfect troubleshooting skills.
Advantages:
- Knowledge of MOF, ITIL or related;
- Experience in banking and financial industry;
- Knowledge of SQL or scripting languages.
