What You’ll be Doing:

As Sustainability Specialist with Italian, you will responde promptly and effectively to incoming sustainability inquiries from both internal and external customers. We strive on offering the very best levels of customer service and believe in "what we say and how we say it" leaves a lasting impression with our customers. Therefore, we will provide you with all the necessary tools, training and confidence needed to do a great job.

On a typical day, you’ll:
Responding promptly and effectively to incoming sustainability inquiries from both internal and external customers;
Supporting HP sales teams by providing sustainability content for tenders and requests for information;
Liaising and escalating more complex inquires to sustainability stewards and experts to ensure an accurate, professional response is delivered back to the customers;
Tracking all inquiries on a database;
Maintenance of team resources, e.g. SharePoint, FAQs, Intranet.
