What You'll be Doing:

As part of a virtual team the Privacy Specialist will be the first point of contact for internal and external privacy inquiries. We strive on offering the very best levels of customer service and believe in "what we say and how we say it" leaves a lasting impression with our customers. Therefore, we will provide you with all the necessary tools, training and confidence needed to do a great job.

On a typical day, you'll:
Use Privacy Mailbox to respond to inquiries and track metrics;
Contribute to efforts to optimize current processes, often collaborating with HPI Project Manager to improve day-to-day activities;
Liaise and escalate more complex privacy inquires to HPI Project Manager or other privacy contacts to ensure an accurate, professional response is delivered back to the customers;
Identify and report mailbox trends to HPI Project Manager;
Provide assistance for Privacy Questionnaires and maintains a contact list;
Respond to tracking requests and Fraud Investigation inquiries.
