Our Talent Scout team build and execute targeted sourcing plans, identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective candidates to build a robust talent pipeline for current and future multilingual hiring positions across EMEA. They will utilize a strong candidate-centric focus to drive candidate generation strategies in partnership with TA leaders, managers and recruiters and leverage our technology platforms to build a strong candidate pipeline aligned to current and future talent needs.

You’ll report to the Manager, Talent Acquisition. In this role, you’ll impact the business through your sourcing initiatives.

During a Typical Day, You’ll:
Implementing high-volume, multilingual sourcing strategies to attract candidates that meet our client's specifications
Proactively source candidates via job boards, social networks and other tools
Build and maintain a talent pool for our key roles and languages
Conducting comprehensive market and competitor’s analysis
Measuring and reporting on sourcing metrics
Managing internal referrals
What You Bring to the Role:
At least 1 years’ experience in a talent sourcing role or a recruiter role
Demonstrated experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search, social recruiting, engaging candidate outreach)
Excellent English skills, written and spoken; A second EMEA language is advantageous
Experience with Taleo or similar ATS
Experience in multinational environment (especially in BPO sector) as a plus
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Adaptable individual who can work in a fast-paced, change driven environment
Positive attitude and drive for success
Strong attention to detail
