CUSTOMER SERVICE Representative with Spanish/ Greek/ Czech and English


Responsibilities:
• Communicate with foreign speaking customers
• Support clients via phone, e-mail and chat
• Use of specialized software
• Provide an additional information about the products and the services of the company


Requirements:
• Fluency in both English and Spanish/Greek/Czech
• Very good computer skills
• High communication skills and multitasking
• Solve issues with a single stroke and a smile
