Position Title: Data Analyst - Marketing Services Targeting Team

The Targeting UK business is one of the top performing parts of Experian with a large client base across all sectors, both large and small in size, all with the aim to help them better target their marketing communications.

We're currently looking for Data Analyst to join our Marketing Services Targeting Team.

The person in this role will produce analysis, design and implementation of well tested data solutions to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities:
Work with large data sets through online application and complete an initial data analysis and audit
Check supplied data’s suitability for the development, including highlighting and report defects in the supplied data
Understand business processes, manipulate data and perform data mining
Develop templates for project data checking
Liaise with business teams and assist in description of current problems and report it to the development team
Provision of accurate and understandable feedback to internal clients regarding results of initial analysis and data audit

Requirements:
At least 2+ years working experience on similar position
University Degree in a quantitative subject as Mathematics, Statistics, Informatics, Economics or related
Ability to think creatively and apply analytical, design and problem solving capabilities
In depth knowledge of processing technologies, Data Processing tools, understand new and emerging technologies
Background in database technologies including design, administrations, population etc.
Extensive knowledge of data extraction, formulation and manipulation methods
Good knowledge of working with large-scale databases and various querying tools (SQL, SAS, Alteryx)
Excellent command of English
