Your purpose: The successful candidate will be responsible for organization, coordination and motivation of our recruitment team, communication with key clients and partners actively developing cross-departmental processes and policies. Being effective on this position will allow us to achieve our corporate goals and support our dynamic business development.

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria


Your Essential Role:

• Managing and organizing a team of recruitment consultants professionally achieving high quality of service
• Ensuring all necessary procedures regarding internal and external communication, project management and administration are followed
• Contributing to decision-making on recruitment campaigns and general advertising
• Guiding the overall recruitment and administration process of key projects and new clients
• Analyze the labor market and develop strategies to increase candidates’ applications
• Organize employee performance appraisals and propose measures for employee’s career path
• Building quality relationships with company partners, other teams, shared services, third parties etc.
• Supervision of internal regulations - instructions for safe work, procedures for effective implementation of recruitment best practices


We are seeking:

• Previous team management and organizational experience
• Proven track record of setting targets and controlling deadlines
• Previous experience in either temporary staffing projects, administration, payroll, marketing or business analysis will be considered a plus
• Outstanding MS Office skills – including Excel nested functions, vlookups etc.
• English language – professional working level
• Active driving license
