For its Gaming Project we are searching for a high-energy, self-motivated Customer Support Agent with German to join the rapidly expanding team. This person will be responsible for delivering a consistent level of exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess excellent language, phone, and email skills, along with an understanding in qualifying customer opportunities.


Your responsibilities will be:

– Communicating with clients over phone or email;
– Provide information about new offers and projects to the clients;
– Guide customers into finding the best solution for them;
– Fill in data in the database.


The main requirements are:

– Fluent level of German and English;
– Previous in gaming industry is a must;
– Computer literacy;
– Good communication skills;
– Dynamic and positive individual.
