On behalf of our international partner, we are looking for bright and motivated candidates to join them in Sofia, Bulgaria on the position of Technical Support Consultant with German/French/Spanish/Polish/Czech

As a part of their highly skilled technical team, you will be responsible for resolving complex situations related to both hardware and software issues.

Your daily activities will include to:

-Communicate effectively with clients via phone, e-mail and chat box;
-Gain accurate information from customers and keep up to date the internal client database;
-Answer customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner;

You are a suitable candidate if you have:

-At least 1 year of professional experience on a similar position;
-Fluency in one of the following languages: German, French, Spanish, Polish, Czech and good level of English language;
-Communicative and friendly personality;

Advantages:

-Understand Active Directory and/or Networking (CCNA)
-Have experience with Windows Server support or System Administration and Virtualization technologies (Hyper V, VMware)
