Currently we are looking a Operations Quality Engineer to join our growing team.
WHAT TO EXPECT:

Taking part in project-teams in order to achieve a successful launch of new products;
Respond to customer complaints and guide customer quality audits;
Coordination of the process analyzing customer complaints;
Interface with Business Center for customer issues and quality improvement;
Execute a customer satisfaction plan;
Using Track Wise to manage customer returns;
Coordinating 8D and Tracking action items for 8D's;
PPAP coordination and submission;
Interface with customer as needed for portal, 8D, PPAP, APQP information customer-driven model;
Manage customer Customer Specific Requirements and annual requirements;

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

Bachelor / Master Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering ;
Experience in the area of quality engineering in a manufacturing environment (experience in sales and dealing with customers is an advantage);
Knowledge of TS16949, Control Plans, and APQP;
Solid understanding of PPAP process;
Knowledge of quality engineering improvement tools such as root cause analysis, corrective action, standard improvement processes etc.
Experience in conducting internal audits will be considered advantageous;
Very good social skills in order to be the intermediary between our clients and our production plants;
Knowledge of project management is a prerequisite; candidate is able to deliver a constructive contribution in teams where different disciplines are represented (including design engineering, process engineering, procurement, production).
Goal-oriented and organized person with ability to handle multiple tasks;
Persuasive and influential both up and down the organization;
Ability to travel on a flexible basis;
Excellent English language skills;
