When you join our team, you will:
Conduct training needs analysis and participate in the preparation of the annual training plan.
Consult the organization in regard to the existing training offerings and explore the market for new ones.
Drive the processes for selection and approval of training providers.
Oversee the day-to-day implementation of the training program activities.
Ensure compliance with the training standards, internal processes and/or authority requirements.
Operate, promote and improve the Training Management System throughout the aircraft maintenance network.
Provide training and authorization reports, especially reflecting mandatory course compliance
Represent LHT Sofia and AMS central training department on meetings at national, international and/or group level.

You match our need, if you have:
University degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology or related field;
Experience in providing training services (evaluation of training needs, managing and/or developing trainings) – at least 3 years;
Extended knowledge of educational methods and concepts
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage complexity and set priorities
Ability to act and establish an agile mindset
Ability to work on one’s own initiative and operating under time pressure demands.
Fluency in English – C1 level is a must;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Share Point, SAP and e-learning software;
Responsible, creative, and positive approach towards processes and activities.
Critical thinking and analytical capabilities.
Customer focused.
