The company is now expanding its team in Sofia, Bulgaria, and together with them, we are looking to hire an experienced:
QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER
The requirements:
* 3-5 years of professional experience as a Software QA Specialist / Engineer within a software development company;
* 1,5-3 years of professional experience as a QA Team Lead / Manager leading a team of at least 3+ QA Specialists;
* Solid understanding of quality assurance testing methodology and best practices;
* Experience in working with an Atlassian product preferred (ex. Bamboo), or any
other repository software;
* Good command of English language (both written and verbal);
* Strong communication skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and influence management skills;
* Strong decision-maker with ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, environment constraints and project deadlines.
Good to have but not mandatory:
* Experience or knowledge of one of the following: MySQL or JavaScript, HTML5 or C#
* Knowledge or experience in the iGaming / Casino industry.
