When you join our team, you will:
Be first point of contact for resolving all customer raised IT-related incidents and service requests
Provide local support for all IT operations and act as a liaison to Central IT team on all local installations, applications and systems, in close cooperation with a Central team and respective service providers
Administer, troubleshoot and maintain IT systems, applications, installations and local infrastructure
Open an Incident record for each Incident to record and track all relevant information
Take ownership of any assigned service requests, update the ticket and begin investigation; comply with the ITIL & ITSM standards by observing the Incident lifecycle process and contribute in achieving the customer specific SLA metrics
Take active part in external vendor management

Excellent command of spoken and written English
Good communication skills and customer centric focus - ability to communicate clearly and in a timely manner with all customers, partners and users
Good understanding of ITIL & ITSM processes
Time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize assigned tasks, problems and requests in a high-pressure environment
Ability to work within a team
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Understanding of Active Directory technology
Good practical skills in system administration (Windows Server technologies, Windows 10 ) MS Office
Desirable Requirements
Experience with Active Directory
Experience with O365 end user support
Understanding of local network technology
Previous experience in international enterprise as end user supportExcellent command of spoken and written English
