For one of our clients, an international manufacturing company, we are currently looking for: 

Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer

The Role: 
• Improvement of supplier quality from source;
• Supplier auditing, selection and approval;
• Implementation and control over corporate supplier quality action plans and component process evaluation plans;
• Defining inspection criteria and update internal and external documentation and processes;
• Report non-conformance to the supplier and raise concessions related to supplier product;
• Work with Quality team to warrant supplier quality assurance and conformity  to corporate quality policy. 

We expect:
• University degree, Machine/ Electrical engineer or similar;
• Relevant experience in manufacturing industry – at least 3 years;
• Excellent written and spoken English;
• Ability to read technical drawings;
• Experience of updating and maintaining Quality systems;
• Ability to define and draft work instructions and Quality plan;
• Experience of liaising with an external supply base successfully;
• Experience of supplier negotiation and development of suppliers.
