Our Partner is a leading international company in transport & logistics solutions. For them we are looking for professional to join their team as:

Business Development Manager

Key responsibilities:


• Provides and maintains the relation with the clients, during all the stages of the cooperation;
• Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies and analyzing trends and results;
• Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales KPI's for regions and territories and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products;
• Responsible for the strategies and channels for realization of the company's product portfolio;
• Researches and analyzes potential new locations for the development of the trade network and actively participates in the planning of future trade sites;
• Increasing sales activities through identifying potential customers;
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Maintaining and developing the customer base by striving to build a long-term partnership;

Requirements:


• Previous experience in sales, preferably as Sales/Business development.
• 2+ years team management experience;
• Experince in logistics or retail company will be taken as an advantage;
• Bachelor/Master degree in business administration or related field;
• Fluency in English - both written and spoken;
• Driving license - B category;
• High achiever, with a proven track record in reaching targets;
• Result-driven, with advanced communication and negotiation skills;
• Self-motivated, with ability to work efficiently in a commercial environment.
