For they are starting a Bulgarian production facility, we are looking for:

Machine engineer /supervisor/

Main responsibilities:

Organizes and controls the entire production process;
Makes semi-finished metal constructions and assemblies together with the welders;
Provides maintenance and repair on all types of equipment;
Provides support and prompt service;
Manages the employees and observes for strictly completing their tasks;
Tightly collaborates with the team from Belgium;
Analyzes and optimizes the procedures and relevant working approaches for achieving excellent results ;
Develops common standards ;
Prepares regularly reports on technical and any other information required.

Desired Skills & Experience:

University degree in the technical field;
Experience with machine constructions and equipment;
Experience with 3-D drawings;
Minimum three years of experience as an industrial engineer;
Aimed at workshop and practicing candidate;
Very good English speaking and writing skills;
Leadership capacity;
Strong communication and managing skills.
