On behalf of our client, a leading construction company, we are looking for an experienced and responsible professional for the position of Project Engineer.
Main Responsibilities:
• Know the project in whole and in details;
• Manage the design process;
• Analyze and if necessary suggest and make changes in plans and drawings;
• Make calculations and evaluate contracted works;
• Manage and administer variation works;
• Control provided quality and quantity of the delivered materials and works;
• Analyze and evaluate offers from suppliers and subcontractors;
• Prepare documents such as certificates and relevant attachments;
• Take care and process corectly the technical and financial documents such as certificates, protocols, invoices etc.;
• Support the Project Manager with relevant technical and administrative tasks;
• Observe company’s best interest and work for the company’s image;
• Deliver excellent performance and product to the clients.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
• Higher technical education in Construction Sector;
• 3 years of experience in similar position in construction;
• Excellent command of English (both written and spoken);
• Computer literacy – Windows Office applications: Word, Excel; CAD; MS Project;
• Clean driving license and availability to travel in the country;
• Professional communication manner and team player attitude;
• Ability to work efficiently in dynamic environment, plan, set priorities and keep deadlines;
• Knowledge in Bulgarian construction related legal matters;
• Flexibility, proactiveness and potential to learn and grow.
