CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE WITH ENGLISH LANGUAGE
What you will do on this position:
Your main activity will be to provide professional customer service over the phone, live chat, video live chat and via email. You will also respond to B2B issues and questions in terms of the services that company offers. Another responsibility will be to monitor fraud across B2C and B2B operations on a daily basis and to liaise with technology departments on technical issues, relating to customers and products.
What are the required qualifications:
* Proven experience in MS Office;
* Fluency in English both written and spoken;
* Self-motivated person with natural ability to communicate;
