NETWORK SPECIALIST

Responsibilities:
* Proactively initiating incident management process;
* Providing support to Level 1 team and alert escalation;
* Monitoring server systems and networks;
* Using network and browser "Developer Tools" tools for network, server and customer services.

Requirements:
* Service monitoring experience;
* Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking and troubleshooting;
* Basic understanding of HTTP response code;
* Willingness to work shifts including nights and weekends.

Nice to have but not mandatory:
* Basic knowledge of scripting languages;
* Experience in Windows and Linux servers;
* Experience in PRTG and Zabbix monitor tools;
* Experience in the betting industry.
