Our trusted client The Coca Cola Company is about to launch a new IT Development and Delivery Center based in Sofia. The team will develop across a wide spectrum of IT disciplines, including Infrastructure, Cloud, Information Security, Robotics, SAP and Business Intelligence. They are building a great team of technologists who will drive the digitization of their enterprise.

Currently, we are supporting their search for a Voice and Video Consultant:

Position Overview:

The Voice and Video Consultant will serve as a Subject Matter Expert for the Voice and Video environments. The successful candidate will have deep technical knowledge in voice and video products such as BlueJeans cloud conferencing, call center technologies including but not limited to Genesis, cloud based PBX services, Microsoft Skype for Business, and certified partner components such as Session Boarder Controller, gateway infrastructure components, and other client based voice technologies, as well as video conference room technologies. This position lead discussions and technical reviews of customer and company requirements. Translates requirements into solutions in the voice and video space. Mentors junior team members and seeks to engage broader Global IT community to build solutions that align with Global IT Strategies and objectives. Creates training materials for end users and other support staff including Help Desk and Client Operations teams.

Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:

• Provide oversight in diagnosing and resolving telecom and video infrastructure and network issues.
• Manage or participate in cross-functional teams to promote technology strategies, analyze products, conduct pilots and implement new solutions.
• Analyze business requirements (e.g., functional and technical requirements, information need, business processes) by conducting information-gathering sessions with clients, analyzing the information and prioritizing the requirements to gain understanding of the business needs.
• Manage a project against a plan and objectives to ensure commitments are met by monitoring, assessing, and resolving variances in budget, timing or quality of work.
• Promote and monitor compliance of solution development activities with audit and information risk policies.
• Manage risks, assessing gaps/opportunities, and implementing action plans to mitigate risks, when applicable.
• Analyze project financials and trends to identify opportunities, escalating issues and variances to budget where necessary.
• Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.
• Consult with business and IT projects to gather requirements and translate those requirements into Voice and Video solutions. Provide estimates and/or designs to project teams. Lead any necessary integrations or builds for projects.
• Manage vendor relationships
• Develop and consult on operational processes to support the voice and video computing environment. This would include Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and life cycle planning.
• Create documentation for Operations, Help Desk, and Region IT personnel. Create training materials for End Users
• 3rd level support
• Mentor junior team members and Region IT personnel. Elevate skill sets to facilitate ‘shift left’ of work.

Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in a Computer Science, Telecommunications or related discipline.

Related Work Experience:

Minimum 5-7 years of work experience in technology

Functional Skills:

• Must have practical experience in as many as possible of the following. Certification(s) are a plus:
o Voice and video design, implementation, integration, and support.
o SaaS voice and video providers including Microsoft Skype for Business, BlueJeans, and Genesis.
o Familiarity with data privacy requirements
o Scripting technologies including, but not limited to, PowerShell.
o Call Center technologies and integration
o Report development for voice and video products and environments including exploiting APIs for data extraction.
o Project Management
o Problem Management
o Vendor Management
