In this regard together with our client, we are looking for a motivated person for the position of:
CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE WITH ENGLISH
What you will do on this position:
Your main activity will be to provide professional customer service over the phone and via chat. You will also respond to customer issues and questions in terms of the services that company offers.
What are the required skills and qualifications:
* At least 6 months previous experience as a CSR;
* Proven experience with MS Office;
* Excellent English written and verbal;
* Ability to work on shifts;
* Good understanding of the Forex Industry is a big plus.
