We are currently looking, for one of our international clients, for the role of Video Game Consultant with one of the following languages: Russian or Arabic or German or Italian or Turkish.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Providing superior customer service to clients, solving problems, and troubleshooting issues- - including password resets, billing issues and etc.;
* Document errors to be corrected;
* Efficient and accurate data entry of all customer service requests into data management system;
* Follow-up with the customer until the issue is resolved.

Requirements:
* Fluent in one of the following languages: Russian or Arabic or German or Italian or Turkish;
* English language - at least B2 level;
* Experience in customer service is advantage;
* Must be detail-oriented and creative;
* Enjoy playing game as a hobby.
