In collaboration with them we are urgently looking for an:
APPLICATIONS SUPPORT SPECIALIST
(PROFESSIONAL SERVICES)
You will be responsible for communicating with all relevant teams - R&D, Product, Business, Customer Support to ensure any client issues are identified quickly, forwarded to the proper resources and resolved in a timely manner to ensure key project milestones are met.
Requirements:
* 2 years of professional experience as a Technical/Application Support Specialist
* Some experience with at least one or more of the following: Java / PHP / HTML
* Knowledge or previous experience with databases (MySQL, MS SQL, Oracle)
* Experience in software quality assurance or software development will be considered an advantage
* Excellent command of English language (both written and verbal)
