On behalf of our client, an American company, we are looking for experienced professionals for the role of


Administrative Coordinator with German or Italian


Job responsibilities:
Responsible for handling general queries regarding a specific insurance product through incoming and outgoing emails and phone calls;
Analyze claims made against the relevant policy wording to determine the cover;
Deliver a superior customer experience;
Operate within the company’s policies and guidelines;
Demonstrate flexibility to support business, peers and internal changes to meet requirements;
Proactively handle escalated calls and ensure complaints are resolved, where possible, and logged in accordance with business policy.

Requirements:
Fluency in German or Italian language;
Excellent written and spoken English;
Previous experience in customer service will be considered an advantage;
Strong communication skills - to build and maintain internal and external relationships;
Good numeracy, literacy and attention to detail;
Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload effectively.
