SOFTWARE SUPPORT AND DEPLOYMENT ENGINEER


What you will be doing?
As part of the support team you will be responsible for developing and maintaining up-to-date operations documentation of the software such as backup, recovery, configuration, maintenance procedures; prepares release notes for new software versions, deployment and installation procedures and scenarios and test them. Also you will have to serve as a first level customer support to meet support calls, make decision about appropriate reaction and communicate with customer’s technical staff to clarify in detail the essence of software operational problems(no contacts with end users expected; communication to technical staff only); participate in QA procedures, in particular in performance and security tests; perform direct instruction to customer’s deployment staff for go-live procedures. You will work closely with Software Development, QA and Business Analysis teams to identify in detail operation features of the product.

You will be invited for interview, if you have:
* 1+ years of experience on the similar position;
* Previous practice in intensive communication with technical staff;
* Perfect communication and troubleshooting skills;
* Ability to maintain focus and react adequately under emergency support situations;
* Good command of English (both written and spoken).

Nice to have but it is not mandatory:
*Training and knowledge of operations frameworks such as MOF, ITIL;
*Good know-how of SQL and/or scripting languages;
*Basic system administration and configuration skills on MS Windows Server or/and Linux
*Interests on general IT, platforms, network principles, Web and Database technologies
